We have a baby!!!!!

We had our first ultrasound yesterday afternoon! It was very exciting to see our baby for the first time..

Beanie has a strong heartbeat of 150 beats per minute which is great, and according to average sizes etc. Beanie was 8 weeks 4 days yesterday, not the 9 weeks 2 dys we thought.. So, Beanie is now due on the 26th March 2007!!

I'm feeling pretty good, still queasy, but not majorly sick.. I am still SO tired though!! I jut can't believe I am so exhausted!!

Hubby is burning things with the fire brigade today.. It was a big burn with the local Council Water Rangers.. I got really frustrated sitting down at the station doing communications.. I'm not used to sitting around and not being part of the action.. Oh well.. It's the best thing for Beanie, and probably me too!! I probably wouldn't have the energy to do much on a fireground anyway...

Well, I am off to bed now, so I'll update again soon! I should have the ultrasound pics back from the doctor on Monday/Tuesday, so I'll try and scan one so you can all see our Beanie!

Long time no post....

Well, it's been a long time between drinks, and posts for that matter...

In case you didn't know already, I am pregnant!! YAY!!!

I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow which is very exciting and I'm currently enjoying all those wonderful pregnancy things.. You know, like nausea, peeing 145 times a day etc etc etc..

We have our first ultrasound on Friday so we get to meet our "Beanie". Because there are twins in my family (me being a twin obviously) the doctor just wants to check if there is one or two "Beanies".. I am betting on one.. :-)

I guess this blog is going to turn into a bit of a pregnancy diary, so you'll be able to read all about what's happening etc.

Both Hubby and I are SO excited and happy about the whole "Beanie" thing!

Will post more info and a pic of "Beanie" after the ultrasound!
