Just some random pictures....

As you can see, we have taken a LOT of pictures of the little fella... He is now sitting up unassisted and likes to play that way.. He's also pushing himself up on his hands, and squishing his knees up.. Then he shuffles backwards, so I;m sure it won't be too long until he starts crawling... That's when the fun starts!!!! He also loves his walker, we take him outside in it and he scoots along the concrete..

Mummy's little water baby...

The little fella started swimming lessons the other week, when I say swimming lessons, I actually mean water familiarisation.. Hubby's parents have a pool and I want to get the little fella used to the water ASAP, also I want him to be able to get back to the edge etc. if he falls in.. His teacher reckons he's a water baby, he loves the water so much and gets crabby when I take him out and dress him again.. Today he was kicking like a champion, and when his teacher said "set, go." just before she puts him under the water he learned to close his eyes and take a breath... I was SO proud....

Looks like Daddy?? No wait, like Mummy???

People often tell me that the little fella is the spitting image of Hubby, or that he looks like me... I think it depends on who is holding him.. He definately loves his daddy!!!!!!

Ikea Baby

The little fella had his first trip to IKEA the other weekend. He and I went up with Nan. Nan is obviously a bad influence on me because we bought a LOT of stuff... On the way back to the car, the little fella hitched a ride on the trolley, because we filled his pram with shopping......
